Compensation: Base + Commission - $75,000 - $100,000

Overview
Our client is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business opportunities. This is a full-time, in-office sales role focused on account management, inbound and outbound sales activity, customer service, and order coordination.
This position plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while driving revenue growth through consistent follow-up, upselling, and new account development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing customer base, including bottled water and pallet accounts
  • Respond to inbound phone inquiries and website leads
  • Conduct outbound sales outreach to current and prospective customers
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales visits
  • Attend local trade shows and association meetings to promote products and services
  • Receive and process customer purchase orders (POs)
  • Coordinate orders with customer service and warehouse teams
  • Perform inventory checks and confirm product availability
  • Track weekly orders and ensure accurate follow-up
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in HubSpot CRM
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and account issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience preferred
  • Strong phone communication and in-person sales skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to attend trade shows and local association meetings
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
