Production Manager – Restoration

Overview

Our client is hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily field operations for a growing restoration company. This role oversees multiple crews, fleet and equipment readiness, job scheduling, and production performance. The focus is simple: increase job volume while protecting margins through clean execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily job schedules

• Lead morning department meetings

• Inspect trucks, tools, and equipment

• Oversee three field teams across active job sites

• Conduct job site visits to ensure progress and quality

• Manage fleet, equipment, and warehouse readiness

• Own production volume and job margins

• Track operational metrics and report to ownership

• Train and develop crew leaders and technicians

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, production, or field management

• Background in restoration, construction, or field services

• Strong understanding of job costing and margin control

• Proven crew leadership and scheduling experience

• Hands-on, field-first leadership style

Compensation

• Base Salary: $60,000

• Total Compensation: $80,000+ (performance-based bonuses)
