CIPP Technician – $40–$50/hr – Delaware County, PA

Full-Time | Trenchless Plumbing | Immediate Hire

We are a fast-growing plumbing and trenchless repair company in Delaware County, PA, and we’re hiring an experienced CIPP Technician to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with cured-in-place pipe installation, sewer lining, or trenchless pipe rehab, this is a top-paying opportunity with long-term growth.

What You’ll Do
• Install CIPP liners for residential and light commercial projects
• Prepare job sites, set up inversion equipment, and manage curing processes
• Operate cameras, reinstatement cutters, and trenchless tools
• Perform pre- and post-job sewer inspections
• Mix and wet-out liners and monitor resin systems
• Keep job sites clean and follow all safety procedures
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of CIPP, trenchless rehab, or sewer lining experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of resin, liners, curing, reinstatement, and robotic cutters
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a bonus but not required)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Schedule & Compensation
• $40–$50/hr depending on experience
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Overtime available
• Benefits package available (health/vision/dental if applicable)
