About the Role

We’re hiring full-time Entry-Level Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners, present roofing solutions, and guide customers through choosing the right protection for their home. We provide paid, hands-on training, so no roofing or sales experience is required.

This role is ideal for Veterans who do well with:

• Face-to-face communication

• Goal setting and execution

• Learning new skills quickly

• Working independently within a team structure

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing needs

• Deliver clear, professional sales presentations

• Build trust and long-term relationships in your assigned area

• Participate in weekly coaching and development sessions

• Represent Proper Roofing with professionalism and commitment

Compensation & Earnings

• Unprecedented GUARANTEED Starting Base Salary: $40,000

• Uncapped commissions + bonuses

• First-year earning potential: $75,000–$125,000+
