Talent Acquisition Director

 

Location: New Jersey (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000 annually + bonus potential

A fast-growing residential services company is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Director to lead and scale its recruiting strategy. About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for building and leading a best-in-class recruitment function. This leader will design and implement hiring strategies, strengthen employer branding, and manage a team that attracts and hires top talent across sales, operations, and corporate roles. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will forecast workforce needs, refine recruitment processes, and ensure the company delivers on ambitious hiring goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring objectives.

  • Develop and implement scalable recruiting strategies to support company growth.

  • Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

  • Partner with department leaders to anticipate and plan for workforce needs.

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record building and scaling recruiting functions in high-growth companies.

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employer branding, and workforce planning.

  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
