Our client is a leading provider of home improvement and renovation services in the Wilmington, DE region. With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer-first service, they are experiencing significant growth and are looking for a high-impact Inside Sales Manager to lead their team and scale revenue.
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and drive performance for a team of 5–10 inside sales representatives. This is a high-visibility role responsible for coaching, pipeline management, and conversion optimization — all within a fast-paced, high-volume call environment. The ideal candidate has a background in managing sales teams, understands the nuances of consumer home services, and thrives on achieving ambitious sales goals.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 5–10 inside sales reps to exceed performance goals
Monitor daily KPIs, call metrics, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead-to-sale conversion
Manage daily workflows, lead assignments, and CRM usage
Provide ongoing training and development to elevate the team’s sales skillset
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth handoff of booked jobs
Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting to leadership
Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent
3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in home services, call centers, or B2C environments
Proven success leading inside sales teams to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data-driven sales management (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced sales floor environment
Track record of hiring, training, and scaling teams during growth phases
$85,000 base salary + performance bonus
On-target earnings (OTE) of $110,000+
