Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee residential roofing and exterior remodeling projects from contract to completion

• Team Coordination: Work closely with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations

• Budget Oversight: Manage project costs, budgets, and material usage to ensure profitability

• Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards in workmanship and client satisfaction

• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact, keeping homeowners informed throughout the process

• Timeline Management: Create and track project schedules to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or residential roofing (roofing experience highly preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

• Experience using CRM software or project tracking tools

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $65,000–$95,000 annually
