Sr. Sales Manager – Home Remodeling (One Call Close Expert)
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with strong experience in one-call-close sales within the home remodeling industry (windows, roofing, siding, or interior renovations). This role leads a team of outside sales reps, manages daily sales operations, and plays a key role in driving revenue growth through training, coaching, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sales operations, including scheduling, lead distribution, and performance tracking
Conduct 4–5 ride-alongs per week to provide in-field coaching and support
Run a minimum of 3 new appointments weekly (12 per month) to stay close to the sales process
Lead weekly sales meetings and ongoing sales workshops
Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new reps
Monitor team performance, adjust strategies, and implement coaching as needed
Conduct cancel-save appointments to retain revenue
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience
Leadership & Development:
Provide clear expectations and performance goals for all sales team members
Deliver ongoing coaching, performance appraisals, and constructive feedback
Align team goals with broader company mission and sales targets
Lead two-week new hire training programs and skill-building workshops
Make de-selection decisions when necessary and manage team headcount in partnership with senior leadership
Qualifications:
Must have experience in one-call-close sales in exterior or interior home remodeling
3+ years of sales experience required
1+ year of team leadership or sales management experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred experience includes 5+ years in outside sales and 1+ year in customer service
