Window Measure Technician – Exterior Home Remodeling

Location: Greater Philadelphia & Lehigh Valley, PA

Full-Time | $65,000 – $95,000 per year | Field-Based Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate, on-site measurements for replacement windows in residential homes.

• Bonus if you have experience measuring for residential siding and roofing projects.

• Input precise measurements into job management systems to ensure accurate material orders and installation prep.

• Collaborate with sales consultants, project managers, and install teams to ensure job readiness.

• Provide a professional, customer-first experience during home visits.

• Document site conditions and flag potential issues early in the process.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Required: Experience measuring residential windows for installation or replacement projects.

• Preferred: Prior experience measuring for siding and/or roofing.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot variances or jobsite challenges.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Comfortable working independently and on the road.

• Familiarity with CRMs or construction project software is a plus.
