Summary: Our Client, a leader in the exterior home remodeling industry in the Greater Philadelphia/ Wilmington area, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Renowned for their commitment to excellence, our client is at the forefront of delivering top-notch painting experiences to their valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage the entire project life cycle, ensuring seamless execution from opening to completion.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate resources and meet project objectives.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to client's quality standards and client expectations.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project.
- Timeline Adherence: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or painting industry is a plus (+++).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software
Compensation: - Competitive Salary - $65,000 - $85,000
