This role includes working in territories in the Greater Wilmington, DE area, ensuring you can thrive in a local, community-focused environment.

Day to Day:

• Generate qualified leads from homeowners interested in premium home remodeling services.
• Schedule prospective customers for free, no-obligation design consultations.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of professional remodeling and serve as a trusted consultant.
• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of home remodeling services and trends.
• Represent our client with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
• Consistently achieve and exceed lead generation and sales goals.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A track record of setting and accomplishing goals, either professionally or personally.
• A reliable mode of transportation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• W2 Full Time employment
• Competitive Base + Bonus: OTE $65,000 - $95,000 first year
