Title: Flooring Consultant (Sales) - Bucks/ Montgomery County, PA

Overview: Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Flooring Consultant to join their team in the Bucks/ Montgomery County, PA area. As an Flooring Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the area. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending appropriate flooring solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the flooring products and services offered by our client.
  2. Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
  3. Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess their flooring needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver accurate estimates.
  4. Create and present customized flooring solutions that meet the client's budget, style preferences, and functional requirements.
  5. Follow up with leads and clients in a timely manner to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.
  6. Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  7. Manage client accounts and maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and project progress.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
  10. Represent our client with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the flooring or home improvement industry.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
