Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store
- Manage and supervise a team of retail associates
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and merchandise displays
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Train and onboard new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Handle payroll and scheduling for retail staff
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience working as a retail clerk or in a similar customer-facing role
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if serving a diverse customer base
- Strong background in retail management, including supervising staff and overseeing operations
- Proficient in handling cash transactions and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and payroll
- Ability to negotiate with vendors for favorable pricing and terms
- Familiarity with market trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly
