Outside Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven sales professional aiming to earn $100,000 to $175,000+ in their first year! Our client specializes in home remodeling, focusing on helping homeowners repair and replace their roofs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Engage directly with homeowners at their properties, building trust, introducing the company, and generating new interest.

• Perform on-site inspections, assess and document visible damage, and discuss findings with homeowners.

• Educate homeowners on the sales process by explaining the damage, necessary repairs, and the insurance claim process, highlighting coverage possibilities.

• Schedule and attend meetings with insurance adjusters at homeowners’ properties, advocating for full project coverage.

• Secure sales agreements, manage project initiation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion while maintaining ongoing client communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in In-Home Sales, Customer/Business Development, or Field Marketing (experience in roofing or home remodeling is a plus).

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.

• Strong self-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage an autonomous schedule.

• Familiarity with the insurance claim process related to home repairs is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily travel.
