Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, assessing roof damage, and guiding them through the insurance claim process. You will leverage your in-home sales and or customer development experience and roofing knowledge to help owners get the new roof they are desperately needing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess roof damage and explain the insurance claim process.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth and transparent sales process.
• Present findings of roof damage, help home owner through insurance claim process, while emphasizing the benefits of working with our clients company.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in in-home sales and or direct marketing, with a strong ability to close deals and customer development.
• Experience in the roofing industry is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
