Outside Sales Representative - Roofing and Solar

Our client in the home remodeling field specializes in working with homeowners to leverage their insurance for roof repairs and replacements. We’re seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their team, helping homeowners restore their roofs and understand the insurance claims process. This is a high-earning potential position ideal for a results-oriented sales expert. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Engage directly with homeowners at their properties, building trust, introducing the company, and generating new customers.
• Perform on-site roof inspections, assess and document any visible damage, and discuss the findings with homeowners.
• Educate on Insurance Process: Clearly explain damage, required repairs, and guide homeowners through the insurance claim process, ensuring they understand coverage possibilities.
• Schedule and attend meetings with insurance adjusters at homeowners’ properties, advocating for full project coverage.
• Secure agreements with homeowners, manage project initiation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion while maintaining ongoing communication with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in outside sales (preferably in roofing or home remodeling is a +)
• Exceptional communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with homeowners
• Strong self-management and organizational skills, comfortable with an autonomous schedule
• Familiarity with the insurance claim process related to home repairs is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily travel
