Job Description: Our Client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, assessing their homes exterior needs, identifying problems and providing solutions to address those issues . You will leverage your in-home sales and or customer development experience to sell owners get the new windows, siding, or roofing they are desperately needing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess home damage/ deficiencies and educate home owners on problems.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth and transparent sales process.
• Deliver estimates, negotiate pricing, and close deals to exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in in-home sales and or direct marketing, with a strong ability to close deals and customer development.
• Experience in the in home sales industry is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
