A nationally recognized architectural signage manufacturer and design-build partner is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead all aspects of production and operational performance. This company—trusted by major brands in healthcare, banking, hospitality, and sports—delivers turnkey solutions from design through installation. The Director will oversee manufacturing, procurement, quality control, and installation teams while driving efficiency, safety, and excellence in every project.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in production or manufacturing (signage industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, CNC operation, painting, vinyl application, and ADA compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools (Visual, Smartsheet, Salesforce)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma principles preferred
