Account Executive
The Account Executive position represents the first face-to-face impression that our client gets to make with companies seeking our Franchisee's services. The person filling this role should be excited about and ready to present our client in the best possible light.
The Account Executive role is responsible for driving the outside sales program in the region. This means they are responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our services to drive sales. They may engage in cold calling, networking, and attending pre-arranged sales meetings to build relationships with clients. Additionally, they provide service information, answer customer inquiries, develop proposals, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. The goal of the Account Executive is to achieve sales targets, cultivate customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company by providing good accounts for our Unit Franchisees.
The Account Executive will spend most of their time working outside the office and they will be driving around the metro area on a regular basis. They must be able to navigate through a customer facility.
Day-to-day activities include:
- Developing an effective sales program which includes coordinating with the inside sales team to generate leads through telemarketing, prospecting, and referrals. Goals for each of these are established at the start of each calendar year and will be reviewed on a regular basis.
- Building, preparing, and delivering new business proposals utilizing our proprietary tools.
- Planning and organizing a sales/marketing program around your target market list.
- Using interpersonal skills, both oral and written, to develop a customer referral program and prospecting program that results in new account acquisition.
- Coordinating with the Operations group in the start-up of new accounts by working with them to coordinate the initial walk-thru with the customer and making sure the Unit Franchisee understands the expectations of the customer.
- Tracking and reporting activity as required.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the success of the Unit Franchisees and the Company as a whole.

- Experience working in a face-to-face customer contact environment.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation: This is an exempt position that will receive a base salary and commission on successful sales. An additional stipend will be available for expenses related to travel and phone usage.
