Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher with ServiceTitan experience to join our growing team. This role is responsible for coordinating field technicians, maximizing daily scheduling efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and can effectively balance technician availability with customer needs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
· Dispatch and coordinate service technicians for residential and commercial service calls.
· Optimize daily routes to maximize technician efficiency while minimizing drive time.
· Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed.
· Communicate proactively with customers regarding appointment times, delays, and scheduling updates.
· Prioritize and dispatch emergency and same-day service requests.
· Work closely with the service team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
· Utilize ServiceTitan to schedule, dispatch, and manage technician workflows.
· Maintain accurate customer and job information within ServiceTitan.
· Collaborate with management to improve scheduling processes and overall operational efficiency.
· Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
Qualifications
· Previous dispatching experience is required, preferably within the plumbing, HVAC, or home service industry.
· Hands-on experience using ServiceTitan is required.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to prioritize multiple requests and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Comfortable working with multiple screens, scheduling software, and office technology.
· Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
