Job Title: Senior HVAC Service Professional
Location: Central Connecticut
Pay Range: $38.00 to $45.00 hourly + Sales Bonuses

Position Overview: Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician who excels at diagnostics and customer communication? We are exclusively recruiting for a premier family-owned heating and cooling company in the Central Connecticut area. They are seeking a lead technician capable of driving high average tickets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex HVAC issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Present solutions directly to the homeowner and confidently discuss pricing.
• Utilize smartphones, tablets, and mobile field service software effectively.
• Guide and teach less experienced team members on best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Current Connecticut S2 License and EPA Universal Certification.
• Completion of an HVAC Trade School program.
• Comfortable asking for reviews and offering membership plans.
