Location: Omaha, NE
Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (Expected First-Year Earnings: $90,000–$120,000+)

What You'll Do

  • Lead the daily operations of the business

  • Build and develop a high-performing team

  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience

  • Manage scheduling, technician productivity, and operational efficiency

  • Coach and mentor technicians and support staff

  • Monitor key performance indicators and business performance

  • Present repair and replacement solutions with integrity

  • Build relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders

  • Help establish company culture, systems, and operational processes

  • Partner directly with ownership to execute growth initiatives

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will:

  • Build trust with ownership, technicians, and customers

  • Become proficient with company systems and processes

  • Improve technician productivity and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of HVAC industry experience

  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience

  • Omaha Metro HVAC Master License (or ability to qualify the business)

  • EPA Universal Certification

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred

  • Residential and commercial HVAC experience

  • ServiceTitan experience

  • HVAC sales experience

  • Experience recruiting, developing, and managing technicians

  • Previous operational or P&L responsibility
