Epoxy Flooring & Commercial Painting Technician

Location: Stratford, CT 
Compensation: $20-$25/hr DOE + Profit Sharing
Full-Time

Looking for a hands-on career where your work makes a visible impact? Join our team installing epoxy flooring systems, commercial coatings, and facility finishes for industrial and commercial clients.

What You'll Do
• Install epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic floor coating systems
• Perform surface preparation, grinding, shot blasting, and concrete repairs
• Assist with commercial painting projects
• Operate power tools and specialized flooring equipment
• Complete industrial cleaning, pressure washing, and site preparation
• Maintain quality, safety, and project timelines

What We're Looking For
• 3 years' experience with epoxy flooring, commercial painting, construction, concrete, or related trades
• Experience operating power tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass customer background screenings
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours as needed
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
