Job Title: Residential HVAC Technician (Top Pay plus $5K Sign On Bonus)

Compensation: $100,000 to $200,000 plus Annually

The Role: You will be the face of our company in the local community. Your day to day will involve driving to residential homes, diagnosing complex HVAC issues, educating the homeowner on their options, and executing repairs safely and to local codes.

What We Need From You:

• Strong background in residential HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• A valid UT driver license with a good driving record.
• The physical ability to work in attics, tunnels, and extreme weather, and the ability to carry heavy items up and down stairs.
• A customer first mindset with the ability to explain technical problems in a way homeowners understand.
