Journeyman Electrician - Residential Service 

Jackson, Wisconsin: Serving Washington County, Ozaukee County & Northeastern Milwaukee

Compensation: Up to $60/hr DOE + Performance Bonuses

Full-Time: 40+ Hours Per Week

This is a hands-on residential service role for electricians who know how to troubleshoot, solve problems, communicate with homeowners, and take pride in doing clean, professional work.

You’ll be servicing homeowners throughout the Northern Milwaukee suburbs and Southeast Wisconsin while helping establish a company culture built around craftsmanship, customer service, and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems safely and efficiently

• Install lighting, switches, receptacles, panels, load centers, surge protection, transformers, and more

• Diagnose electrical issues and identify root causes

• Deliver safe, code-compliant repair solutions

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners

• Provide accurate scopes of work, material lists, and pricing

• Recommend repairs, upgrades, and additional services when appropriate

• Perform safety inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Basic EMT conduit bending and installation

• Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time

What We’re Looking For

• Active Journeyman Electrician License (Required)

• 5+ years of electrical experience 

• Strong residential troubleshooting and service experience

• Customer-friendly attitude and professional communication skills

• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet throughout the day

• Strong understanding of measurements, math, and electrical systems

• Pride in workmanship, appearance, and reliability
