Lead Residential HVAC Installer

We're looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and enjoys mentoring others. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of residential HVAC installers.

• Install, replace, and retrofit residential HVAC systems.

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Read blueprints and installation plans to execute projects efficiently.

• Perform site evaluations and identify installation requirements.

• Install and test furnaces, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and related components.

• Troubleshoot installation challenges and make field adjustments when needed.

• Coordinate with homeowners, suppliers, and other trades throughout the project.

• Train newer installers and promote best practices and safety.

• Complete accurate job documentation and maintain company quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience installing residential HVAC systems.

• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.

• Valid HVAC license or certifications (where required).

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation methods, and local codes.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
