About the Role

We’re partnered with a growing, family-oriented home services company looking to add an experienced Dispatcher to support both their electrical and HVAC teams.

This is a fast-moving, high-impact role where you’ll be the central hub between customers, CSRs, and field technicians. You’ll be responsible for keeping the board running efficiently, adjusting schedules in real time, and making sure the right tech gets to the right job at the right time.

What You’ll Do

• Dispatch residential electrical and HVAC technicians based on skillset, location, and urgency
• Manage and adjust daily schedules to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Communicate with CSRs and technicians to ensure smooth job flow
• Handle inbound and outbound scheduling calls and updates
• Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan
• Prioritize urgent calls and resolve scheduling conflicts in real time
• Support the office team and contribute to overall operational success

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of dispatching experience in residential HVAC and/or residential electrical
• ServiceTitan experience required
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable making quick decisions and adjusting priorities throughout the day
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, solutions-first attitude
