Job Title: Home Services Manager (HVAC Sales and Operations Leader)
Location: Austin, TX (North Austin)
Compensation: $120,000 Base Salary + P&L Revenue Overrides (Realistic Year 1 OTE: $160,000 to $200,000+)

A premier, highly stable residential contractor in North Austin is seeking a business unit leader to take complete ownership of their retail and replacement division. Managing a profitable $3.5 million book of business, this role is designed for an operator who values a technician-first culture. If you are an aggressive leader who knows how to motivate a field team, optimize residential sales conversions, and wants a direct financial stake in the revenue growth you generate, this is your destination shop.

What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of the retail division, driving both technical field operations and the residential sales pipeline.
• Build trust with an established field team while introducing a modern, high-growth sales mindset.
• Partner with executive leadership to help guide an upcoming national software and ERP transition.
• Turn out-of-warranty service opportunities into long-term retail replacement clients.
• Manage division profitability, labor percentages, and capacity planning.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of leadership experience inside a residential HVAC home services company, specifically as a Sales Manager, Service Manager, or Operations Leader.
• A hands-on motivator capable of earning the respect of seasoned field technicians.
• Comfortable working in a lean environment where your data tracking and daily leadership directly impact the bottom line.
• Strong financial acumen regarding trade metrics and seasonal capacity management.
