What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Installer, you’ll install heat pump systems, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Remove existing HVAC and air conditioning equipment, such as gas furnaces.

• Install new heat pump systems with precision and quality.

• Maintain cleanliness, stock, and organization of warehouse and vehicles daily.

• Read blueprints and schematics to ensure installations meet Marlborough building codes.

• Collaborate with installers and engineering teams to improve products and processes.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and explaining system operations.

• Contribute to high-quality standards through continuous process improvements.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated HVAC installers who thrive in dynamic, mission-focused settings. Ideal candidates have:

• Experience: Proven expertise installing residential HVAC systems.

• Certifications: EPA Section 608 certification preferred but not required.

• Skills: Ability to read blueprints and schematics, familiarity with Marlborough building codes, and excellent problem-solving.
