What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Install Team Lead, you’ll oversee and execute heat pump installations, mentor team members, and drive process improvements for residential projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Remove existing HVAC equipment and install new heat pump systems with precision.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, to ensure system efficiency.

  • Test heat pump systems to verify proper functionality and compliance with specifications.

  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and Denver building codes for accurate installations.

  • Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams to streamline installation processes and improve product design.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining system operations.

  • Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment and installation procedures, fostering a culture of learning.

  • Ensure all installations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking experienced, leadership-driven HVAC professionals who thrive in dynamic, mission-focused environments. Ideal candidates have:

  • Experience: Proven expertise as an HVAC installer and team lead, with deep knowledge of residential HVAC systems.

  • Certifications: F32 – National Standard Residential Mechanical – Class C (Denver) preferred; HVAC NATE, Section 608, or BPI certifications preferred but not required.

  • Skills: Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics, familiarity with Denver building codes, and excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

  • Communication: Fluent English for clear communication with clients and teams.

  • Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying conditions.

  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
