What You’ll Do

As a Master Electrician, you’ll lead electrical installations for heat pump systems, ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency in residential projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Install electrical components to support heat pump systems, including wiring and connections.

  • Calculate electrical loads and upgrade main panels, SMART panels, splitters, or sub-panels as needed.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams for accurate installations.

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to maintain system functionality.

  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure long-term reliability.

  • Collaborate with installation crews and engineering teams to streamline processes and improve product design.

  • Ensure compliance with modern electrical codes and safety standards.

  • Test systems for functionality and efficiency, delivering high-quality results.

We’re seeking experienced, detail-oriented electricians who thrive in dynamic, mission-driven environments. Ideal candidates have:

  • Credentials: Master Electrician license in Denver or surrounding areas.
