As a Plumber III, you’ll lead and execute complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, delivering precision and quality in commercial settings. Key responsibilities include:
Install and maintain water supply systems in new construction and rehab properties, ensuring compliance with local codes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, clogged drains, pipe damage) efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing on commercial plumbing systems.
Read and interpret blueprints to execute accurate pipe, fixture, and system installations.
Respond promptly to plumbing calls and emergency situations, maintaining high standards.
Use hand and power tools, vacuum pumps, and recovery units to complete tasks effectively.
Collaborate with contractors, service teams, and clients for seamless project execution.
Document work orders and materials used, providing clear updates for decision-making.
Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and safety.
We’re seeking self-motivated plumbers who excel in dynamic environments. Ideal candidates have:
Experience: 6-10+ years in plumbing, with strong expertise in commercial/industrial systems preferred.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of plumbing terminology, fittings, materials, and specialized systems (e.g., medical gas, hydronics, backflow prevention). Proficiency with manual and electrical tools.
Licenses: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Requirements: Pass criminal background check and drug screen.
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl in varied environments, including mechanical rooms and tight spaces.
Behavioral Traits: Strong problem-solving, ability to read instructions and schematics, and clear communication with clients and teams.
Availability: Willing to respond to emergency plumbing situations, including after hours.
