Electrician – Residential Service

Position Overview:
We are looking for a professional electrician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience (beyond apprenticeship) to perform residential electrical service work. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $50,000–$100,000/year (based on experience) plus performance bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential electrical service and repair work

• Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions

• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, outlets, panels, and lighting systems

• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code and local regulations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service

• Promote additional services and products when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years verifiable experience as a service electrician (not as an apprentice)

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred

• Proficient in the National Electrical Code

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and navigate tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces, under houses)

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism
