We are a veteran-owned and operated HVAC start-up located in Knoxville, TN, committed to delivering high-quality service and building a company rooted in integrity, teamwork, and long-term growth. As we grow, we are seeking a Lead HVAC Technician who is not only skilled in their trade but also interested in stepping into a future leadership role within our company.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a clear growth path to become General Manager within the next 4–5 years. You will work directly under the current GM and help lead field operations, mentor junior techs, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Guaranteed $30/HR for the first 3-6 months

Lead and perform residential and light commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation
Provide technical support and leadership to junior technicians
Assist in scheduling, job planning, and customer service coordination
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and up to code
Collaborate closely with the current GM to understand the operational side of the business
Participate in business growth initiatives and process improvements
Uphold safety and compliance standards at all times
7+ years of residential HVAC experience
EPA Certification required; NATE certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Leadership experience or aptitude to manage teams
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Willingness to grow into a leadership/GM position over time
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
