Position: P1 Licensed Plumber – License Qualifier (Non-Field Role)
Location: Stamford, CT (Remote with Minimal On-Site Needs)
Compensation: $2,500 Monthly Stipend
Term: One-Year Contract (Renewable)

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a P1 Licensed Master Plumber to serve as our License Qualifier for the State of Connecticut.

This non-field, compliance-focused position is perfect for a seasoned tradesperson who wants to remain engaged in the industry without the demands of day-to-day job sites. As our qualifier, you’ll support the business by ensuring we remain compliant with Connecticut regulations while we grow our footprint in the area.

What You'll Do

• Act as the official License Qualifier with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection

• Sign a letter affirming your role with the company for compliance purposes

• Assist with licensing documentation, renewals, and any audit or inspection needs

• Provide occasional input or oversight on complex scopes of work to ensure code compliance

What We're Looking For

• Active P1 Master Plumber License in the State of Connecticut

• Good standing with the Department of Consumer Protection

• Familiarity with plumbing codes, licensing laws, and compliance standards

• Prior experience as a license qualifier is a plus

• Strong communication skills and timely responsiveness
