Job Title: Lead Electrician
Location: Wyncote, PA
Compensation: $30–$40/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Lead Electrician (Foreman or Journeyman level) to join our team. In this leadership role, you'll guide a small crew, ensure high-quality installations, and serve as the face of our company on job sites. This is a great opportunity for a skilled electrician who thrives in a team-oriented setting and wants to grow with a stable, respectful company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of 2–3 apprentices and/or journeymen

• Read and interpret electrical plans to design and implement job site layouts

• Prepare accurate material lists and communicate clearly with management throughout the job

• Perform and oversee electrical work across a variety of projects including:

  • Residential new builds and renovations

  • Troubleshooting/service calls

  • Pool wiring installations

  • Commercial facility maintenance

  • PV/Solar and commercial EV charger installations

  • Mini-excavator operation (a plus)

• Act as the primary on-site contact, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with customers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience

• Experience leading a team or crew preferred

• Strong ability to read plans and effectively direct job site execution

• Clean background check and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Journeyman License preferred (but not required)
