Position: Sales Representative
Location: Henderson, NV
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience) + BONUS opportunities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to sell glass, metal framework, and hardware products along with installation services to both residential and commercial clients. This role involves generating new leads, building customer relationships, and helping grow the company’s presence and revenue in your territory. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through cold calling, canvassing, networking, and relationship building
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, following established sales processes
Present product and service solutions to prospective clients with clarity and professionalism
Maintain and grow a strong customer base by delivering exceptional service and communication
Organize and track project details and sales activities using CRM software
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure job progress and customer expectations are met
Monitor work orders, provide timely updates, and ensure quality standards are upheld
Maintain daily sales reporting and meet or exceed performance goals
Provide reliable and high-quality customer support and consultation
Stay informed on all product offerings and industry trends
Assist with customer education on glass components and installation options
Perform additional projects and duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or commercial sales
Proficiency with CRM platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and note-taking abilities
Valid driver’s license
Energetic, goal-driven, and a team player with a positive, forward-thinking attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
Effective at resolving issues and handling customer concerns under pressure
State of Nevada C-8 License
Self-motivated and capable of managing a flexible schedule, including occasional field work such as door-to-door sales or in-person client meetings
