We’re growing fast and looking for an Equipment & Resource Leader to support our Large Loss Commercial Restoration Division. This role is key to keeping projects running smoothly across the U.S., ensuring our teams have the right equipment, in the right place, at the right time.
Coordinate, deliver, set up, maintain, and return commercial restoration equipment and supplies nationwide.
Work closely with Project Managers to meet project needs on time and with top-quality service.
Maintain and track equipment inventory, including model and serial numbers.
Haul, set up, fuel, and take down drying, HVAC, power generation, and other large-scale restoration equipment.
Keep job sites clean and professional.
Order and track rental items as needed for projects.
Complete accurate daily records, including timesheets and equipment logs.
Follow all safety protocols, using proper PPE at all times.
Occasionally supervise and direct temporary labor.
Be part of an “on-call” rotation, including some nights and weekends, especially during major storm events or large projects.

Valid state driver’s license (CDL preferred; must be willing to obtain CDL).
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment or vehicle issues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new technology.
Ability to lead and direct temporary labor as needed.
Willingness to work long hours and handle high-pressure situations during large loss events.
Preferred certifications: IICRC (WTR, ASD, CDS).
