Service & Sales Route Technician – DC Beltway/Northern Virginia

Are you mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and looking for a stable career with a company that actually invests in you? We’re seeking a Service & Sales Representative (Route Technician) to join our team in the DC Beltway/Northern Virginia area.

This isn’t your average 9-to-5. As a Route Technician, you’ll be the trusted face of our service—maintaining dishwashing systems, solving problems, and building relationships with customers in restaurants, hospitals, schools, and other commercial kitchens.

�� What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to contact for your route of loyal customers

• Maintain and repair commercial dish machines (we’ll train you!)

• Deliver supplies, collect payments, and manage invoices

• Spot opportunities for upselling and growth

• Train kitchen staff on how to use equipment safely and effectively

• Keep detailed service records and practice safe driving

✅ What You Need:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean-ish driving record

• Mechanical skills (or the passion to learn them!)

• Strong communication and customer service mindset

• Reliability and independence—you’ll manage your own route

• Comfortable working in busy commercial kitchens

• High school diploma or GED
