We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative - Insulation to drive sales of insulation products and services in the Delray Beach, FL area. This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional with a passion for exceeding sales targets and generating creative leads. You’ll work autonomously to build client relationships, sell to commercial and residential property owners, and become an expert in our cutting-edge insulation solutions.
Sell insulation products and services to commercial and residential clients within your assigned territory.
Develop and implement creative lead-generation strategies to build a robust client pipeline.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Present tailored solutions to clients, showcasing product benefits and addressing their needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
Stay informed on industry trends, product advancements, and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences and project execution.
3+ years of sales experience in insulation, construction products, or related fields.
Proven expertise in lead generation and closing sales.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to quickly achieve 100% proficiency in product offerings and technical specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed performance targets.
Compensation: Base salary plus commission, earning potential of $80,000–$120,000/year based on performance.
