Job Description

We are seeking a permanent Spray Foam Technician to join our team in Westlake, OH. The ideal candidate will provide reliable, high-quality customer support while managing installations, upgrades, and additions.

• Individuals with experience in construction field and or knowledgeable in the spray foam industry are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Spray Foam Application & Equipment Operation

• Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in homes and commercial buildings.
• Operate and maintain spray foam rigs and equipment with a focus on efficiency and safety.
• Conduct site assessments to prepare for installation, including masking, taping, and area protection.
•  Deliver exceptional customer support and service
• Maintain necessary truck stock/inventory with the warehouse team
• Perform installations, upgrades, and additions
• Manage and oversee crew and job completion from start to finish
• Utilize technical resources and materials effectively
• Monitor and ensure progress and completion of tasks
• Complete and submit required documentation in a timely manner
• Perform scheduled or routine preventive maintenance on equipment systems
• Inspect, adjust, clean, and calibrate systems as needed
• Complete other projects as assigned

• Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
• Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.
• Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
