  We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Glazier to lead the installation of custom glass products, including shower doors, mirrors, glass walls, and more in both residential and commercial settings.

  What You’ll Do

  • Lead and complete installations of high-end custom glass products

  • Read and follow detailed design drawings and job specifications

  • Solve challenges on-site with creativity and professionalism

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and detail-focused work environment

  • Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow in the trade

  • Communicate clearly with customers and ensure satisfaction with every project

  What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (vocational or technical training a plus)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in custom glass installation

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and design plans

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
