Key Responsibilities

• Tile & Grout Cleaning: Use high-grade equipment and solutions to restore tile and grout surfaces.

• Grout Color Sealing: Apply sealants for a uniform finish and long-term protection.

• Minor Tile & Grout Repairs: Replace or fix cracked tiles and damaged grout lines.

• Surface Assessments: Evaluate and recommend appropriate restoration or maintenance plans.

• Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Equipment Care: Maintain tools and equipment for safe and effective use.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in tile and grout cleaning, sealing, or repair

• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  
  
• Stone restoration experience is a plus!

• Valid driver's license in good standing

Compensation & Benefits

• Performance Bonuses: Based on job performance and customer satisfaction

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (optional overtime available)
