Job Description:We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to join our team at our Richmond, VA location. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival- Manage reservations and waitlists using our reservation system- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant- Coordinate with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications:- Previous experience as a host or in a customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Professional appearance and demeanor- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed
