Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.- Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.- Develop and implement menu items in collaboration with the culinary team.- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.- Handle customer inquiries and feedback regarding food quality and service.
