Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll services and experience with systems such as Paycor, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the payroll services sector.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support for clients.- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the payroll services industry.- Proficiency with payroll systems including Paycor, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
