Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. - Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff. - Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets. - Monitor food costs and adjust menus to maximize profitability. - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role. - Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
