Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Baker to join our team at our Charlottesville location. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, ensuring high quality and consistency in all products.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods according to recipes and specifications. - Ensure all baked goods meet our standards for quality, taste, and appearance. - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain production levels. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety regulations. - Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and products. - Schedule and manage baking timelines to ensure timely delivery of products.

Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Baker, with expertise in bread, pastries, and other baked goods. - Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment. - Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust as needed. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
