Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Contract Janitor to join our team at 221 Carlton Road Suite #8, Charlottesville, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a sanitary and safe environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies - Empty and dispose of trash and recycling materials - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues - Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times - Other cleaning duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Good physical stamina and strength - Reliability and punctuality - Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards
