Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of various events. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials - Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
Skills and Qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus - Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
